Follow these steps

Select a button
Click the button on the editor canvas. Use Edit text / link in its floating toolbar to change its label and Link.
Enter the destination
Use an internal path such as /contact, or a full external URL such as https://example.com. Check the destination in Preview.
Link a text selection
For text, select the words to link and open the link control in the text toolbar. Set the destination and apply it.
Style and save
Use the button’s colour, border, size, and spacing controls as needed, then Save.

The button or linked text points to the intended destination.
