Follow these steps

  1. Add or select a form

Use + Add object → Form, or select an existing supported Contact section. Open Section properties.

  2. Configure the fields

Use the form-field editor to set labels, field types, required status, and available choices. Adjust label styling and textarea rows where offered.

  3. Choose submission behaviour

For supported Contact sections, leave Custom submission URL blank to save leads in Webtummy, or enter an HTTPS form endpoint to submit to your provider. A custom endpoint must accept browser form submissions.

  4. Protect and test

Configure reCAPTCHA in Integrations if required. Save, publish, and submit a test on the live site to verify validation and delivery.
