Follow these steps

  1. Wrong properties or missing controls

Open Properties, choose Section, and select the exact object or section again. Use the element tree for overlapping objects. Open Sections if that panel is hidden.

  2. Changes are missing from the live website

Confirm the editor shows Saved, then publish the saved website. Wait for the deployment to complete and reload the public address. A test link can also need time to refresh.

  3. Image is cropped or not replaced

Select the exact image again. Review Size and Image fit. For generated images, check the progress/ready notification and confirm the intended target.

  4. AI is queued or has failed

Check the progress or content-ready notification. Read any error code, avoid duplicate submissions, and retry a focused request when appropriate.

  5. Domain or HTTPS is pending

Compare every DNS name and value with the records in your own publishing screen. Check for a domain appended twice, conflicting website records, and additional HTTPS TXT records. Run Check DNS records again after propagation.

  6. Ask support for help

Use Contact support and include the website name, page, steps to reproduce, and displayed error code. Include a screenshot of the problem with private keys and billing details removed.
