Follow these steps

  1. Build a selection

    Shift-click objects to add or remove them from the selection, or choose Select area and drag a rectangle around objects inside one section. Shift-drag is also supported.

  2. Use the group toolbar

    When multiple objects are selected, use the floating toolbar to change compatible shared properties. Mixed properties may show automatic or mixed values. Use Align objects… to align left, centre, right, top, middle, or bottom edges where offered.

  3. Group or move together

    Use Group when available to group the selection, or move the selected objects together. Use the toolbar’s ungroup control to release a group when offered.

  4. Review individual objects

    Check text, images, and links after the change. Save when ready.
