Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel through Plans & billing before your trial ends to avoid the first charge. Full access continues until the original trial end. After paid billing starts, cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Can I download or export my Webtummy website?
Webtummy is a fully managed hosted platform. Websites created with Webtummy are designed to run within the Webtummy platform and are not provided as downloadable or exportable website source code.
You retain ownership of the business content and materials you provide, subject to applicable third-party rights. Webtummy's platform, technology, website-generation system, editor and underlying software remain part of the Webtummy service.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your paid access continues until the end of the paid period. Hosting may then be suspended with a neutral temporary page. Website data is preserved for at least 90 days after suspension so you can reactivate. Multiple warnings precede any permanent deletion review, subject to legal requirements.
What happens to my domain if I cancel?
If you own your domain through an independent registrar, the domain remains yours.
If domain registration or management is provided through Webtummy, the applicable domain registration and transfer terms will govern your domain.
Can I manage more than one website?
The Individual plan includes one website for US$29 per month.
Is there a free trial?
Eligible new customers receive a 7-day free trial with full access. Add your card at checkout; your subscription automatically continues at US$29 per month when the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. One trial per customer.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
We notify you and retry payment. Previously paid customers keep full access for 7 days. From day 8 through day 30, the website remains live while editing and AI features are restricted. After 30 days unpaid, hosting may be suspended. Website data is preserved for at least 90 days after suspension, with multiple warnings before permanent deletion review.
